SAFETY TRAINING

BOOT CAMP/SAFETY CERTIFICATION

Everyone must have attended boot camp (comprehensive training) or demonstrated their riding skills before going on a club outing. If you did not complete the Club's Segway Boot Camp in Mt Dora before April 2020, then you must attend a Club sponsored training session and successfully demonstrate your skills in riding a Segway. The Club Training Director will determine that you have the basic skills necessary to safely ride a Segway before you will be allowed to participate in the Club's monthly rides. You can sign up below for Segway training/certification, which is held at Lake Miona Rec Center, through the Club by following the steps below:
